Tomorrow is our big day
This is what I need from Tech and Media Teams
Tech teams make sure that your laptops are fully charged and ready to roll out. If you have a android phone and it is rooted please download
http://code.google.com/p/android-wifi-tether/ for a wifi tether. We should have wifi setup on the streets out there from public wifi. If not we will have our phones.
Here is a list of the following that we will need to bring:
- Laptops
- Cables for Iphones, Android
- External Media (USB Hard drives, USB Thumb Drives, Etc.)
- Extra batteries for laptops
- Additional software installed

We will be providing dump spots for your media that will be named with a folder with your name on it. So we can give credit to the various people for taking the photos and any media. We will also be burning these to DVD over the next few days or depending the size I may put them on the net for you to download it. If its over 2 gigs in pics then I will burn it to a DVD. If its under 2 gigs then I will be providing you with a download link for your media.
Things to bring and feel free to add to this if you would like.
- Cameras
- Extra battery(S) for camera
- SD Cards
- Cables for your equipmment the Tech Team may have the cable but just to be sure on it please provide it if you can.
