business sector contributors

dal, who i only know as "revivedvinyl" on the chats has offered us a great proposition.  

first, his business - he recycles LPs (records for youngun's ) into products like guitars and guitar pics.
second, his person - dal approached me at the first GA at dragon park with some fantastic concerns and solutions.  at the time, he was balancing a couple kids playing nearby and listening in to the GA.  he has since written a song, which i have posted numerous times (for the h of it - http://www.facebook.com/notes/occupy-wall-st/emergency-call-to-action-prevent-the-forcible-closure-of-occupy-wall-street/215007491900356 ). it's a great song, directed specifically at the occupation.
third, his plan - he has an idea to print pendents with "615", Nashville's area code, on his picks.  He wants to donate 60% of his profits to us and include in the packaging a business sized card with ON contact info.  

if you haven't heard the song, please listen.  it brings a smile to my face every time i hear it, close to a tear.

Buck, I think it's great that people are willing to offer us their support.

I think it should be worked up into a clear simple proposal (What - Why - How) by the Finance group or a Fundraising group and presented to the GA for consensus.  The GA should ensure that they are comfortable with these kinds of affiliations and that it does not compromise our image or integrity, or give rise to conflicts of interest.

Unfortunately I will be out of town for 10 days starting Sunday and so I can't help.  Megan from the Legal group had expressed an interest in this type of thing, so maybe you could see if she would like to work on this with you and anyone else who's interested.
