At present there is $2886.07 available in our account.   Deposits of $180 made last Friday have not yet appeared in the account.

Money has been allocated to Tech for locks, for a new donation box for plaza, and for housing team printing.  After these accruals there are $2511.12 of discretionary funds.

Any proposals that passed at GA on Thursday 19 Jan, Saturday 21 Jan or Sunday 22 Jan have not been accrued, because they have not been notified to me, and there are no minutes available to reference. 

Petty cash stands as follows:

- Johanne has $5 of Logistics petty cash to hand over to new Finance team
- Chris has $66 & change on hand
- Tim has been zeroed out
- Jason should have $155 of cash and purchase receipts on hand, until the new Finance team decides what to write off
