Will- 1. Form letter from Attorney Patrick Frogge for people who recently got citation.  Get Booked. Will York offers free representation. Goal is to not have any of the incident on your record.
2. Legislation Staffer Stewart is interested in bringing Move-to-Amend in front of the House.

Rob- (Director of Occupier Choir) Tonight we had fun. We serenaded families as they entered TPAC.  Looking forward to next time we gather to sing and carol. If interested email occupierchoir@gmail.com We were on Channel 5 6 O'clock news tonight.

Tristan- 1. I participate in a group called Worker's Dignity which is all volunteer. One area we help is people of immigrant communities. An example is our resistance to wage theft.  The most recent action we're taking is on Vito of Vito's Restaurant.  He is admittedly guilty of stealing $11,000 of a previous immigrant employee of his.  Reportedly Vito was shorting this man's paycheck. The protest will be at Vito's Restaurant at 5pm. 1812 Hayes St.
2. TSU. Community Coalition. Teach-In last night. Would love support in next teach-in.  Campus Workers. African American's studies dept was cut. Rev Blaze/Progressive Baptist/January 12.

Will- Cooper Tire/Fenley,OH locked out 10,000 workers around Thanksgiving. There will be demonstrations Decemeber 13 at Best One Tire/1705 West End between 11:30am and 1pm. And on Dec 15 at Best One at 421 Harding Pl.

Jane- Please come to the GA tomorrow for questions on the Caterpillar Financial action we're having at 3pm tomorrow.

20 minute break into groups.

Direct Action was basically only group with a report back.

Further Intro into visitors.

Karta - Occupy Atlanta. In solidarity with us. We occupied 2 houses. 1 was a disabled Iraq War vet's house. And the other was a retired woman who was offered a home equity while on fixed income.  She passed soon after and family has been told to leave.  Kids fighting to keep house that's been in family for decades. We're currently occupying a homeless shelter(went onto talk about the details but I missed that part).  That's what we're doing. (Very Positive, In solidarity) After a month of occupying from the first tent we had 150 people staying in the park.  We got kicked out but we're doing what we can.  Will talk more to people with questions.

Colleen- Occupy St Louis.  Just back from visiting Palestine.  I am a community organizer for St Louis in solidarity with struggles in Palestine.  It's interesting you're talking about Caterpillar.  I've gotten escorted out of a Cat. meeting before.  Caterpillar specifically make bulldozers to destroy homes.  Incredible non-violent protesting in Palestine.

Eva shows support.
Woman next to Michael is an Israeli and shows support.
Michael- Bombs are being dropped on Gaza as we speak paid for and/or made by the US.

No proposals.

Report Back:
Jeremiah- Direct Action

We talked about Decemeber 12 Rally about shutting down ports.  Possibly inviting unions.
Jesse- Caterpillar action was taken off of calendar but we are still going.  If interested come to GA and you can get teach-in before hand. Action is on West End and 22nd Ave.

Michael- We need to get with Media and work out any past or future Calendar issues.

Soap Box next..

Closing..

Eva- Over 2 months. It's freezing. We're Still Here!!!  I love you all. Thank you all for being cold.  Thank you occupiers for visiting.  This all gives me hope.  We're working our butts off, following through with an amazing tradition.
