Homeland Security Requests Plastic Explosives and Then Hides Request
I guess the 450 Million Rounds of Hollow-Point .40 cal Ammunition wasn't enough for Homie$ec. They want to use Plastic Explosives in America too. I guess the TSA needs the Perma Sheets to blow-up people's luggage and see what's inside, when they are not feeling people's private parts up or checking baby diapers for poop bombs.

With regards to breaching, the information sheets state:
