At 10:00 a.m. on Thursday January 12th, Occupy Nashville will partner with Occupy Atlanta to coordinate direct actions against Chase Bank. Occupy Nashville will be protesting, delivering a letter to, and foreclosing on Wilson & Associates, the lawyers representing Chase Bank in the foreclosure of Ms. Bailey’s home. 

We will meet at 10:00 a.m. in the parking lot at Wilson & Associates at 8 Cadillac Dr., Creekside Crossing III, Brentwood, TN 37027. (Their office is located in Suite 120.)  If you would like to carpool, meet at Legislative Plaza at 9:00 a.m.

We have resolved to take all action necessary to prevent foreclosure and sale at auction of Ms. Bailey’s home. We are committed to pressure Chase directly and in the public to accept one of the several offers her attorney has made. We will defend Ms. Bailey and her home from Chase’s greedy and predatory practices. We will work to keep Ms. Bailey in her home.
